Utility to create an Internet Basic INCLUDE file using the information in the CSV files Header record.
There are four files in this ZIP:
1) The source CSV2INC.IBS
2) The object CSV2INC
3) A text file used to guess that fields are numeric
4) A help file CSV2INC.HTML
The only file that needs to be added to your Comet QDIR is the Object. The other files, including the CSV file are added by CSV2INC.
