FaxManJr uses the old Win95/98 cover page file type. It doesn't work with the newer .cov files.
Microsoft dropped install of the editor from Win98. I think it was included on the 98 CD. Anyway it's the Win95 editor.
No install is necessary. Create a folder and unzip the files.
