Some of you wanted a winsock diagnostic program.
The attached program listens or sends messages on any specified tcp/ip port.
It is meant to be run on a system with multiple ws gateways. It should be run in listen mode from one partition and in ping mode on another partition.
The default ip address to be used for the ping mode is 127.0.0.1 (the local system), but this program could be set up on multiple systems.
